Purpose and Commitment
Lyzr is committed to supporting and respecting internationally proclaimed human rights. We draw upon the principles set forth in the International Bill of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and the United Nations (UN) Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. While we are not a signatory to the UN Global Compact, we nonetheless acknowledge and strive to reflect its 10 Principles in our operations.
1. Respect for Human Rights
- Non-discrimination: We prohibit discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Freedom from Harassment or Abuse: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for physical violence, threats, corporal punishment, mental coercion, verbal abuse, bullying, or other disrespectful behavior.
2. Health and Safety
- Workplace Conditions: We ensure a safe, healthy work environment in accordance with local regulations.
- Employee Well-being: We take appropriate measures to protect and promote the physical and mental health of our people.
3. Labor Standards
- Compliance: Lyzr abides by all applicable employment laws and international labor standards.
- Freedom of Association: We respect the right of our employees to associate freely and to engage in collective bargaining, in accordance with local laws.
- Prohibition of Forced and Child Labor: We do not tolerate any form of modern slavery, forced labor, or child labor in our operations or supply chain.
4. Responsible Sourcing
- Supply Chain Due Diligence: While we primarily use third-party vendors, we aim to partner with suppliers who uphold responsible labor and environmental practices.
- Minerals and Materials: We discourage sourcing from conflict-affected or high-risk areas unless done in full compliance with recognized due diligence standards.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- Respect for Individual Privacy: We strive to protect personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and uphold the rights of individuals regarding the processing of their information.
6. Anti-Corruption
- Zero Tolerance: Lyzr prohibits bribery, fraud, and all forms of corruption. Employees and partners are expected to act with integrity and adhere to ethical standards.
